    TalkRight is an AI receptionist for clinics. Eva answers calls, schedules/reschedules/cancels appointments, sends confirmations and reminders, collects post-visit feedback, and turns results into simple trend insights—so your team spends more time on patient care and less on the phone.

    Any clinic, anywhere—single practitioners, multi-branch groups, and hospitals. You define departments and doctors, set working hours and holidays, and TalkRight adapts to your structure.

    No. TalkRight is non-disruptive. Keep your existing phone number and WhatsApp. Forward calls from your current number to your dedicated TalkRight number, and link your existing WhatsApp by scanning a secure QR code in the dashboard. Patients keep using the same contact details they already know.

    Patients dial your usual number; behind the scenes it forwards to your TalkRight number and Eva answers. She verifies details, books or reschedules, and sends confirmations. If you prefer not to forward, you can publish the TalkRight number directly.
  • Features and Plans

    No. TalkRight runs alongside your current tools. Appointments handled by Eva appear instantly on the TalkRight calendar in your dashboard. Your team can add/edit/move bookings and export when needed. (We don’t retro-import past events from other systems.)

    Yes. If a caller requests a person—or the case requires it—Eva can forward the call to a clinic number you provide, or take a message for your team to follow up

    Eva can understand multiple languages. Communication is primarily in English at launch, with additional speaking languages on the roadmap

    Yes. Your clinic gets a secure dashboard login your staff can share to view appointments, messages, call records, and settings. (You decide who on the team can access it.)
  • Pricing & Minutes

    A monthly subscription includes a bundle of AI interaction minutes. Minutes reflect the time Eva is actively handling a call or conversation for your clinic.

    No problem—purchase additional minutes anytime from your dashboard. A usage meter shows current consumption so you can top up before you run low.

    Minutes are counted monthly; you can top up whenever needed. (If you prefer a larger monthly pool, choose a higher plan.)
  • Security & Privacy

    TalkRight is designed to support GDPR and HIPAA requirements. Patient data remains private and under the clinic’s and patient’s control, with strict access controls and secure handling across voice, WhatsApp, and email workflows.

    Your clinic does. TalkRight provides tools to access, export, and manage your data securely.

    From your own channels when you choose: link WhatsApp via QR, and send email via SMTP from your clinic address—or use TalkRight-provided channels.

    Calls can be recorded with key details for quality and training purposes and are available in your dashboard. Please ensure you comply with local consent laws and your clinic’s policy.
