Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a one-time setup fee covers configuring EVA to your clinic: your doctors, hours, services, EMR connection and call flow. It's quoted during onboarding so it matches your setup.
What happens if we go over the included minutes?
Included minutes cover most clinics. Beyond them you pay a clear per-minute rate, so costs scale predictably with your call volume — you're alerted before you hit limits.
Do all plans include EMR integration?
Yes. EMR integration and 70+ language support are included on every plan. Custom EMR integrations are available on Enterprise.
Is pricing in AED?
Yes. All pricing is AED-denominated, with no USD surprises and no migration fees.
Can we start with Assist and add Autonomous later?
Absolutely. Many clinics start with EVA Assist during clinic hours, then switch on Autonomous for after-hours and weekends as they see the results.
