Terms Of Service

These Terms are intended for TalkRight website visitors, prospects, and customers. Customer-specific terms may also be defined in a signed order form, proposal, or commercial agreement.
These Terms govern access to and use of TalkRight's healthcare communication platform, including EVA Assist, EVA Autonomous, dashboards, reporting, messaging workflows, and integrations.
Service Scope
TalkRight provides communication workflow software. The platform may assist with call routing, live transcription, receptionist guidance, appointment-related communication, messaging, and reporting.
TalkRight is not an emergency service, medical device, diagnosis platform, or electronic health record. Healthcare providers remain responsible for clinical judgment, patient care, appointment confirmation, and compliance with their own regulatory obligations.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- ensuring they have authority to use TalkRight for their clinic or healthcare organization;
- configuring users, roles, phone numbers, routing modes, and integrations correctly;
- obtaining required notices or consents for recording, transcription, messaging, or AI-assisted workflows;
- verifying appointment bookings, cancellations, reschedules, and clinical instructions;
- maintaining their own EHR and official medical record systems;
- ensuring staff use the platform appropriately.
AI-Assisted Workflows
TalkRight may provide AI-assisted suggestions, transcripts, summaries, intent detection, and autonomous call handling. AI outputs should be reviewed where appropriate. Customers should not rely on AI outputs as medical advice or final clinical decisions.
Partner Integrations
TalkRight may integrate with PBX, telephony, messaging, email, payment, EHR, analytics, and AI providers. Availability and data processing behavior may vary based on the customer's selected configuration.
Availability
TalkRight aims to provide reliable service, but service may be affected by internet connectivity, telecom providers, third-party APIs, planned maintenance, customer configuration, or force majeure events.
Acceptable Use
Customers must not use TalkRight to send unlawful messages, spam, abusive content, fraudulent communications, or clinical instructions outside their authority.
Fees
Fees, usage limits, minute usage, message charges, and payment terms are defined in the applicable order form or commercial agreement.
Security
TalkRight maintains administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect customer data. Customers remain responsible for user access management and secure handling of login credentials.
